Hi, I'm Courtney
Pet Wellness & Specialised Kinesiology Assessment
Because your pet’s behaviour, health, and emotional well-being are all connected.
This remote pet wellness assessment uses Specialised Kinesiology to gently explore what your pet’s body and nervous system may be responding to. Sessions are non-invasive, intuitive, and guided by your pet’s own energetic and neuromuscular feedback.
This offering may be helpful if your pet is experiencing anxiety, behavioural changes, physical dis-ease, or signs of stress, including those linked to trauma, rescue experiences, or environmental shifts. It can also support pets with digestive concerns, skin or immune challenges, chronic or unexplained health issues, or sensitivities to food, supplements, or medication.
What’s included
Each assessment includes a full wellness check, emotional and trauma balancing, behavioural insights, and nervous system support. You’ll also receive personalised guidance around nutrition or supplements where relevant, along with clear feedback and practical recommendations.
How it works
You’ll complete a short intake form and upload a clear, recent photo of your pet. The assessment is then conducted remotely, and your personalised feedback is shared via email or WhatsApp.
Turnaround time is 3–7 working days.

How are sessions offered?
Sessions are held remotely and tailored to your pet’s individual needs, based on the intake form and information provided.
How many sessions does my pet need?
Some pets respond well to a single session, while others benefit from ongoing support. This varies and is always guided by what feels appropriate.
Is this suitable for nervous or sensitive animals?
Yes. Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and respectful of your pet’s comfort and boundaries.
Animals have always held a sacred place in my heart.
Pets are not just companions – they are mirrors, teachers, and healers.
They feel deeply, love unconditionally, and walk beside us through life.
Honouring animals and the bond we share with them is at the heart of my work.
Courtney Bone-Bester
Courtney’s journey into Specialised Kinesiology began while she was studying for her Psychology Honours degree. As much as she valued the academic rigour and insights into human behaviour, she became increasingly aware that something essential was missing. The theories explained what people experienced, but not always how to help the body and nervous system release what it was holding.
This curiosity led her to Specialised Kinesiology, where she found the missing piece. A modality that honours both scientific understanding and the body’s individual innate intelligence. What resonated deeply was the way Specialised Kinesiology accessed information beyond conscious awareness, allowing the body itself to guide the process of healing and regulation.
Today, Courtney brings together her academic foundation in Psychology with her intuitive and compassionate approach to Specialised Kinesiology. Her work is gentle, client led, and non invasive, supporting both humans and animals in reconnecting with their own inner wisdom. Whether working with people or pets, Courtney’s focus is on restoring balance at a root level, helping the nervous system feel safe enough to recalibrate. The ultimate goal being to support lasting, meaningful change from the inside out.
